We recommend at least 24 hours for standard bookings. For special events or multiple vehicles, 48-72 hours ensures proper preparation.
Do you track flights for airport pickups?+
Yes. Every airport pickup includes live flight monitoring. If your flight is delayed, your driver adjusts automatically. You will never land to an empty curb.
What if I need to cancel or modify my booking?+
Cancellations made more than 4 hours before pickup are fully refunded. Modifications can be made up to 2 hours before. Contact us directly.
Are your drivers licensed and insured?+
Yes. Every driver holds a valid Florida chauffeur license. Posh Transport carries full commercial liability insurance in Miami-Dade County.
Do you offer corporate or monthly accounts?+
Yes. Corporate accounts include monthly billing, priority dispatch, a dedicated contact, and detailed trip reporting.
